We continue in the publication of interviews to the speakers of the conference “Migration, reception, inclusion, co-development – The role of Med-African diasporas”, that took place at the “Circolo dei Lettori” on October 13th, 2016: the conference dealt with migrants’ high skills promotion and with capacity building projects aimed at associations.

In the first interview, Ilda Curti, moderator of the discussion panel, outlined how important the differentiation between reception policies and migrant inclusion is. Modou Gueye, SUNUGAL President, explained us how different skills levels are a source of opportunities. Petra Mezzetti, Senior Researcher at CeSPI, proposed a reflection on empowerment and capacity building activities, against all generalization.
