LUCA MORINO:
Born in Turin (1962), Luca Morino is an Italian folk musician. In 1991 he founded the folk/worldbeat band “Mau Mau”, whose first album (Sauta Rabel, 1991) won the national musical contest Premio Tenco. The band played several concerts in Europe, Africa and Asia throughout the years. In 2003, he started a solo project named Lucamor with a new album (Mistic Turistic) and a book (Moleskin Ballads). In 2012, he founded a new band named Morino Migrante & Combo Luminoso that, on the same year, releases the album Vox Creola.
